Frequently asked questions.
Is it safe to travel to the Bible lands?
Yes, it is safe. We follow all recommended travel advisories. We also have experienced drivers and guides we trust. These friends keep us updated and informed. Our team was actually in Israel when the Trump administration moved the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, and we were completely safe the whole time. Let me share a personal example from that trip. Once when traveling with the Appian Media production team, we had hoped to get some footage inside the city of Hebron, but we received news that it wasn’t the best time to go into the city. Instead, we drove up a hill outside of town and asked a random Muslim family if we could film from their front yard. They instantly welcomed our whole crew. As we worked, the children tumbled out of the house and invited us to play soccer. Their parents brought out cold cucumbers and hot tea to share with us. Their generous hospitality was amazing. Tourism is such a significant part of the economies, they go to great lengths to keep you safe as you explore and learn about their countries.
